The SIX players who could leave Chelsea this summer

Chelsea have spent more than €600 million on players since Todd Boehly became chairman, but there is expected to be a fire sale next summer.

Graham Potter is struggling to steer his bloated squad up the Premier League table, the Blues currently in 10th with the same gap (11 points) to the relegation places as there is to the Champions League spots.

The former Brighton man appears unsure as to his best XI, but it is clear that some players aren't even in the running, as outlined by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

"Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will leave in the summer," the Italian told his YouTube channel. "They have an offer from LAFC but the player isn't convinced. But the situation is clear: Aubameyang is out of the Chelsea project."

Aubameyang was the final signing of the Thomas Tuchel era, and he was reunited with his former Borussia Dortmund manager for less than an hour of football before the German tactician was dismissed, with Potter replacing him, last September.

Pulisic price tag

There will be more movement in the final third, with Romano reminding viewers of the fact that Hakim Ziyech was so nearly as Paris Saint-Germain player this winter before turning his attention to Christian Pulisic.

"Chelsea were open to let him go in January," said Romano. "The deal wasn't completed because Pulisic had an injury. We know Chelsea want around €40m to let Pulisic leave. A lot of interest around Europe but this money is needed.

Romano then spoke about youngsters like Conor Gallagher, Andrey Santos and David Datro Fofana. Gallagher turned down and offer from Everton in January but the Blues are open to letting him go.

Santos and Fofana - both January arrivals - are expected to move out on loan.

Mason Mount is yet to agree terms on a new contract at Chelsea while Romelu Lukaku's future seems uncertain after an abject loan back to Inter Milan, but both were conspicuous by their absence from Romano's appraisal.
