EXCLUSIVE: Juventus star Chiesa pushes Premier League move
Juventus are offering Italy star Federico Chiesa to a number of leading clubs in order to boost their funds.
Sources have told FootballTransfers that the attacker is seeking a Premier League club as he is unsettled in Turin, but the money his current side is asking for - around €60 million - will make this problematic.
FootballTransfers values Chiesa at €30.6m – down from a previous peak of €57m, which he hit before being struck by serious injury.

Juventus, who remain under investigation by CONSOB for alleged false accounting and market manipulation, have reported losses of €612.9m over the past five years. Consequently, the side are looking to sell some of their biggest earners at a high value, with Chiesa being one.
The winger, who is under contract until 2025, was only bought by the Old Lady last season, despite two seasons previously on loan at the club, but he is unhappy with his role under Massimiliano Allegri and wants to move on this summer. The coach’s defensive setup has restricted Chiesa, who has ambitions of playing further up the pitch in a more attacking role.

Liverpool are not interested in Chiesa, though they did like him in 2019.
Newcastle are pursuing Harvey Barnes for the same position with talks already underway between them and Leicester City. Indeed, Juventus would also ask for a hefty fee for Chiesa given his contract ends in 2027, so a move at this point seems unlikely. Aston Villa were offered the 25-year-old but the lack of Champions League football meant the player was reluctant to pursue a move any further.
Chiesa aiming to get back to his best
Despite the reluctance of these clubs to make a move for the 25-year-old, he remains a player with an enormous reputation after helping Italy to Euro 2020 success as Italy beat England in a penalty shootout at Wembley.
A serious knee injury has since curtailed him impact at the top level, with Chiesa managing just four goals in 33 appearances as term as he returned from the problem.
