Man Utd 'favourites' for player who is 'definitely' top of Ten Hag's transfer shortlist
Manchester United are in the market for a new No.9 and are the clear favourites to land their top transfer target next summer according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Man Utd need a new striker. Cristiano Ronaldo now feels long gone, but his replacement at No.9, Wout Weghorst, has disappointed since joining on loan from Burnley, via Besiktas, in January.
Marcus Rashford is in a rich vein of form, meanwhile, but United's 27 goal top scorer this season does his best work from the left flank.

Harry Kane, Victor Osimhen and Randal Kolo Muani are among those who have been linked with big-money moves to Old Trafford, but Sky Italia's Di Marzio thinks an Osimhen deal is the most likely.
Di Marzio: Osimhen 'main target'
"Man United's main target is definitely Osimhen and he's been that for at least two seasons," he told French betting outlet Kelbet. "He's an excellent player and very unique with his skills.
"The situation around Harry Kane is a bit weird. Obviously, Man United will try to get him if they're not getting Osimhen, who is their top priority.

READ: Victor Osimhen: Napoli give Man Utd and Chelsea ASTRONOMICAL asking price
"I think that Osimhen could leave Napoli and Paris Saint-Germain could be a possibility for him, but Manchester United are probably the favourites to get him.”
"I think that Napoli will let Osimhen go for between €130-150 million. Man United can afford that."
Osimhen has scored 21 goals in 23 Serie A games this season, firing Napoli to the top of the table and on course for their first Scudetto in 33 years.
He and Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia are in high demand, but Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis stated recently that he was under no pressure to sell with the club debt free.
Osimhen has previously admitted it is his dream to play in Premier League, and United will be keen to give him that chance this summer.
