How much will Chelsea have to pay to sign Joao Felix?

Joao Felix starred for Chelsea in their 2-2 draw with Everton in the Premier League.

It was another disappointing result for Graham Potter's Blues but Felix's performance was a major positive.

The attacking midfielder took up dangerous positions in the final third and his link-up play was equally impressive.

But his well-taken second-half goal is what was most pleasing about his display from a Chelsea perspective.

The 23-year-old has often played well since signing for the west London club but his final product has been called into question.

Adding goals to his game is what will help him to fulfil his world-class potential.

And if he is to do so, Chelsea will want to make sure he is made a permanent signing in the summer transfer window.

According to FootballTransfers algorithm, Felix's expected transfer value is between €33.8 million and €56.3 million.

While that may be a fair price for the former Benfica man, he is likely to cost closer to €85 million.

Enzo wants Felix to stay

Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez would like to see Felix sign for the club on a permanent basis.

''When you get on with someone off the field it helps on the field to have that special connection,'' Fernandez told The Times.

''He's a great player, isn't he? A fantastic player. He's got lots of ability and loads of qualities.

''He's a key player for us, an important player and he's on loan. Let's hope that Chelsea can do all they can to keep hold of him come June, that would be great.''
