Man Utd launch SHOCK €50m bid for Barcelona star
Manchester United are working on a deal to bring Andreas Christensen to Old Trafford just one year after he joined Barcelona, according to El Nacional .
The Spanish newspaper has reported that Erik ten Hag's side have made an offer of €50 million to Barcelona.
Of that amount, €35m is a fixed fee, with a further €15m in potential add-ons.

Christensen, 27, joined Barcelona from Chelsea on a free transfer in 2022 and soon formed a formidable partnership with Ronald Araújo at the heart of the Catalans' defence. However, the amount offered by Man Utd has attracted the attention of the club's management team.
But, Barcelona reportedly do not agree with the payment terms proposed by United. The Spanish giants would be happy to sanction a permanent sale if the proposed €50m fee was paid in one lump sum without any add-ons.
Selling Christensen is not something the club want to happen, but the arrival of Iñigo Martínez, who joined from Athletic Club on a free transfer earlier this summer, could possibly compensate for his departure.

The Blaugrana also recognise that Christensen is one of their few saleable assets, apart from Pedri, Gavi, Frenkie de Jong and Araújo, who seen as almost untouchable. The club has been in financial trouble for several years and a permanent departure of Christensen could provide some relief.
In addition, Barcelona will also likely say goodbye to Franck Kessié; the Ivorian joined from AC Milan on a free transfer last year, but was unable to secure a place in the starting line-up.
He is now set to join Saudi Pro League club Al Ahli for €15m.
Man Utd want Christensen
The Red Devils were heavily linked with a move for Kim Min-jae earlier this window before he opted to join Bayern Munich.
Now, Nice defender Jean-Clair Todibo is on their radar, but a move for the Frenchman will not happen unless Harry Maguire is sold.
The Englishman is wanted by West Ham United, but Maguire himself wants to join a Champions League club - as exclusively reported by FootballTransfers.
