Chelsea have spent a total of €1.3222 billion (€1,322.2 million) on transfers since Boehly took over in 2022.
His first major signing after becoming the owner at Stamford Bridge was Raheem Sterling. The Englishman joined Chelsea for €56.2m from Manchester City after a trophy-laden spell with Pep Guardiola’s side.
Kalidou Koulibaly, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Marc Cucurella, Wesley Fofana, Carney Chukwuemeka and Cesare Casadei also joined Chelsea for a fee during Boehly’s first transfer window in charge.

Enzo Fernandez and Mykhailo Mudryk were the highlight arrivals in January 2023 (Boehly’s second transfer window at Chelsea), while the Blues’ ludicrous spending continued six months later with the purchases of Moises Caicedo, Romeo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku, among others.
The following summer, Chelsea spent big again, with Pedro Neto, Joao Felix and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall all joining the club.
Chelsea’s biggest spending season under Boehly came in 2022-23. The Blues spent a whopping €612.4m on new signings during Boehly’s first campaign at the club, with Fernandez, Fofana, Mudryk and Cucurella all arriving for more than €60m.
