Paris Saint-Germain are looking to bring in Randal Kolo Muani and Bradley Barcola, while sporting advisor Luis Campos is attempting to facilitate the sale of Hugo Ekitike.

Ekitike has been linked to an array of clubs, with the Ligue 1 champions attempting to source around £27 million for the 21-year-old, we are told.

We understand that conversations have taken place between Campos and West Ham technical director, Tim Steidten, but it's not a deal that the Premier League outfit is likely to pursue. As FootballTransfers reported earlier this month, Ekitike was brought into a meeting with Campos and Luis Enrique, where he was told that he is not in the club's plans. He has accepted this but has so far not actively sought a move away.

We revealed the interest from Lens and Frankfurt. PSG tried to reduce the price of Kolo Muani by offering Ekitike in exchange, but the player opted not to sign for the Bundesliga outfit. Lens is attempting to find a replacement for Lois Openda, who left for RB Leipzig, but we are told that Ekitike prefers a move to the Premier League.

Ekitike weighed up by clubs

West Ham managed to bring in James Ward-Prowse from Southampton, who provided two assists on his debut in the 3-1 win over Chelsea, as well as Edson Alvarez. David Moyes and Steidten appear to be sharing responsibility for recruitment.

Everton had a similar divide over Ekitike - some of those in recruitment leaked news of an offer, but the move was blocked by other board members.

PSG, meanwhile, are open to another midfielder but will struggle to obtain one given the work that needs to go into acquiring Kolo Muani and Barcola. There are just nine days left in the window, and even if Marco Verratti does make an exit, it's thought that the club won't have enough time to find a replacement. It's something that the club will look to in the January window as they continue with their overhaul.
