Liverpool target Adama Traore allegedly ‘pissed off’ with Wolves
Adama Traore, whom Liverpool were interested in this summer, is apparently “pissed off” with current club Wolves due to his current treatment.
Jurgen Klopp was keen to reinforce his forward line in the last transfer window with Wolves pair Traore and Diogo Jota targeted as well as Ismaila Sarr of Watford.
Eventually, Jota was signed for a fee of around £45m [€50m], while Traore stayed with Wolves.

The Molineux side then took the opportunity to offer Traore a bumper new deal, which as of yet has not been signed, with the player and his representatives not believing the terms match his importance to the team.
His refusal to sign the deal on its current terms has coincided, perhaps coincidentally, with a lack of minutes on the pitch, as he has accumulated just 90 minutes of football in his past four matches.
Despite being one of he most devastating players in the league after lockdown last season, he has been restricted to just three starts in the Premier League in 2020/21, though he is yet to record a goal or assist.
The Athletic reports that the Spaniard is “pissed off” at his current situation.
“Adama thinks it could be part of a strategy to get him to sign a new contract, but he does not want to,” a club source said.
“So that’s why [he thinks] he’s not in the team. He’s a bit p***** off, to be honest.”
Traore has displayed flashes of brilliance in the Premier League since signing for Wolves for £18m from Middlesbrough in 2018, with his lightning-speed and physicality proving him too much to handle on occasion.
At the peak of his powers last season, his for saw him linked with Liverpool, Tottenham, and even an unlikely return to first club, Barcelona.
Since then he has become an established international for Spain.
