Roma sign Dybala, Juventus buy Bremer? Wednesday’s transfer round up

It was another eventful day in the transfer market, particularly in Italy, as Roma completed the free transfer signing of Paulo Dybala and Juventus signed Bremer from Torino.

Elsewhere, Chelsea edge close to the signing of Jules Kounde from Sevilla.

Roma sign Dybala on a free transfer

Paulo Dybala has signed for Roma on a free transfer, with the Serie A club announcing that the former Juventus star has signed a three-year deal.

Dybala's contract is worth €4.5 million per season and another €1.5m per season in add-ons. There will be the option for a fourth year, also.

Juventus hijack Bremer from Inter

Inter have come up short in their long pursuit of Gleison Bremer, with rivals Juventus swooping in to complete a transfer for Torino's Brazilian defender.

The Bianconeri announced the deal on Wednesday, with Bremer signing a five-year contract until 2027.

Juventus have paid €41 million up-front with up to €8m in add-ons.

Chelsea to beat Barcelona to Sevilla’s Jules Kounde

Chelsea are set to take a decisive step towards securing the transfer of Jules Kounde from Sevilla imminently.

The clubs are expected to reach an agreement on a transfer fee that is expected to be worth around €60 million all in. According to FootballTransfers’ information, around €55m of that will be paid up front.

It seems as if Barcelona are doing everything in their power right now to make Frenkie de Jong feel unwanted at the club.

This continued in the early hours of Wednesday morning as Barcelona thrashed Inter Miami 6-0 in a friendly.

De Jong started on the bench and when he did come on he was used as a centre back in a rather humiliating outing for the player.
