Manchester United are having a busy transfer window, having already secured three signings and chasing Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong in Erik ten Hag’s first transfer window.
The club signed Tyrell Malacia from Feyenoord, Lisandro Martinez from Ajax and Christian Eriksen on free transfers as they look to boost their squad ahead of the start of the season.
They’re still looking to add more players to the squad, but in the meantime, their focus will also be on selling players to raise funds and trim their squad down.
Ten Hag has identified players he is willing to let go, either on permanent deals or loans, coming down to the player’s performances, fitness record, or fit in the squad.

The players United are open to selling include Alex Telles, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Eric Bailly, Axel Tuanzebe, Ethan Laird and Phil Jones.
Telles would arguably be a sale option, seeing as United have signed Malacia to compete with Shaw and have tested the Brazilian as a centre-back, only to be unimpressed.
There were rumours linking the left-back with a move back to Portugal with Porto, but no offer has come in for the player heading into the final weeks of the window.
Ten Hag has established Diogo Dalot as his side’s first-choice right-back, and that means Wan-Bissaka can depart, with Crystal Palace keen on a loan deal to bring him back.

Bailly, too, has proven to be unreliable with his injury history, and he’s been linked with permanent moves to Roma or Premier League side Fulham.
Tuanzebe has had a few loan spells while he’s been a Manchester United player and has struggled to break into the first-team, and this year may finally bring an end to his time at Old Trafford.
Jones, as well, has rarely featured for United in the last four years, and it may finally be time to cut ties, but getting a transfer fee for him will be difficult.
Laird is probably the only one from the six that will leave on a loan deal, seeing as Ten Hag seems to be interested in his development and he has continuously progressed as a player.
