Football Manager Will Still announces firm decision on future
Will Still has announced that he will depart Reims at the end of the season.
The young head coach has wowed with his brilliant tenure with the Ligue 1 outfit and no doubt now other clubs will be in hot pursuit of the 31-year-old, with Sunderland having been previously linked to the young coach.
Still became Reims manager after Oscar Garcia was sacked in October 2022. After a run of five consecutive victories, he was appointed as manager for the remainder of the 2022–23 season, making him the youngest manager in Europe's top five leagues at the age of 30.

However, in what has now become a well-known meme, as Still did not have a UEFA Pro Licence, Reims incurred a fine of €25,000 for each match took charge of.
His tenure as head coach at Reims commenced with an impressive 14-game undefeated streak across all competitions, before leading his side to a 1–0 victory over Monaco, which set a new Ligue 1 record of 17 matches without defeat.

After his second season in charge of Reims, it was announced by the club that Still would be leaving the Stade Auguste Delaune

The statement read: "Following a meeting held this morning between President Jean-Pierre Caillot, General Manager Mathieu Lacour and head coach Will Still, it was mutually agreed that the two parties would not continue the sporting adventure together next season."
Still said in the statement: "I will be eternally grateful to Stade de Reims as well as everyone involved directly or indirectly with the club. I would like to thank in particular all the players with whom I was able to work, all the technical, performance, analytical, medical staff as well as the stewards, but also and above all all the supporters of this wonderful club. Our 19-match unbeaten streak last season as well as the spectacular matches at Delaune will remain special moments for me."
