Five Serie A stars leaving on a Free Transfer
Italy is one of the best countries to go shopping in - and that is no different when it comes to footballers.
Indeed this summer, more than most, there are a host of top players who see their contracts expire at the end of June and who will be available on a Bosman Transfer.
Some of these players are now into their thirties, but still have plenty to offer. While others remain at the peak of their careers.

The biggest name leaving on a free transfer is AC Milan star and France legend Olivier Giroud.
Giroud, 37, remains one of the best strikers in European football and he enjoyed a fantastic three years at Milan - leading them to the Scudetto in 2022.
He finally leaves Europe after a glittering career, and he has already signed for MLS side LAFC on a Bosman Transfer.

Zielinski to join Inter
Another top player who has already agreed a free transfer to a new club is Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski.
The Poland international, 30, has been one of the best attacking midfielders in Serie A over the last five years or so and was a key part of the team who won the Scudetto in 2023.
He has agreed a deal to join new Serie A title winners Inter on a free transfer.

Daichi Kamada only joined Lazio on a free transfer a year ago from Eintracht Frankfurt in what was seen as something of a coup.
However, the attacking midfielder only signed a one-year contract with the option of extending.
At first it had seemed as if he would stay after becoming a key player late in the season under then-new manager Igor Tudor.
But a fall-out with president Claudio Lotito which also led to Tudor quitting means that Kamada will now leave. He looks set for the Premier League with Crystal Palace.
Leonardo Spinazzola is another big name who is available on a free transfer this summer.
The Roma wing-back was one of the best players as Italy won Euro 2020 but after a serious injury in that tournament he has never quite been the same player.
Now 31, Roma have decided to release him but he could still be an interesting signing for many clubs.
Giacomo Bonaventura enjoyed one of the best seasons of his career as Fiorentina again finished runners-up in the Europa Conference League.
The attacking midfielder returned to the Italy national team squad - and scored - although he didn’t eventually make the cut for Euro 2024.
Now 34, Bonaventura still has the class to be a positive signing for many clubs.
