The 20-year-old was interviewed about who he believes his idols are.

He said to Peuple-vert: "I like N'Golo Kanté and Paul Pogba, because they are also French and play in my position. I try to have several idols, whether they play my position or not. I like players who can be counted on to lead a team, like Vincent Kompany, Patrick Vieira or Claude Makelele, for example.

“I like playing in full stadiums where there are a lot of fans against us. This motivates me even more. It's part of my personality. I'm not shy, I don't hide, whether on the field or in life. I think it's a necessary quality to get to the top. We all need to help each other as a team.”
