Erik ten Hag considers Federico Chiesa SWAP deal
Erik ten Hag is considering whether to accept a swap offer from Juventus that will see Jadon Sancho and Federico Chiesa switch clubs.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus have made an offer for Sancho and included Chiesa in a player-plus-cash swap deal.
Gazzetta reports that Sancho is open to joining Juventus, but Ten Hag is taking his time to consider whether he would like Chiesa at Old Trafford.

Sancho has been transfer listed by Man Utd this summer having fallen out with Ten Hag last season.
Juventus have emerged as favourites to sign him, having made the Englishman their first target for the right wing.
First of all, though, they must offload players to raise cash and Chiesa is one of those they are trying to sell.

Juventus are requesting a fee in the region of €30 million for Chiesa from any interested parties, which is somewhat less than what United value Sancho.
They have offered United a small fee plus Chiesa for Sancho.
Why Juventus want to sell Chiesa
There are a number of reasons why Juventus want to sell Chiesa..
First of all, his contract expires in 2025, and contract renewal talks have gone badly.
Juventus are unwilling to match Chiesa’s demands of €7 million per season due to his constant injuries.
He missed most of 2022 with an ACL injury and has suffered 10 different physical problems in the last 18 months after returning.
Chiesa has yet to return to the levels that saw him explode as one of Europe’s best wingers at Euro 2020, and this is another reason Juventus are reluctant to give him a big contract.
New Juventus manager Thiago Motta is also reported to see Chiesa as expendable.
Chiesa would ideally like the stay but is said to be disappointed by Juve’s intentions.
He struggled at Euro 2024, which has not helped his cause at repairing his reputation.
