Mukhailo Mudryk has made a big sacrifice as he attempts to save his Chelsea career.
The Daily Mail reports that Mudryk cut short his holiday in order to report for Chelsea training on the first day of pre season.
As Mudryk appeared at Euro 2024 for Ukraine, he was not yet due to begin pre-season training with Chelsea.

However, the winger is so keen to turn around his career that he had a reduced holiday in an attempt to impress new Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca.
Mudryk joined Chelsea for €100 million in January 2023 from Shakhtar Donetsk after the Blues hijacked Arsenal's deal for the winger.
However, Mudryk has flopped badly at Stamford Bridge as despite boasting blistering pace and dribbling qualities, his technique and decision-making has regularly let him down.

Mudryk was linked with a January transfer away from Chelsea, and his future remains very much in question this summer.
Since joining Chelsea, Mudryk has managed just seven goals and four assists in 58 appearances amidst a string of poor performances.
Now former Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino publicly stated on numerous occasions that the player must improve in a number of areas, even comparing him to a tennis player on one occasion in an attempt to highlight that he wasn’t a team player.
Mudryk had a chance to impress this summer at Euro 2024 with Ukraine but he struggled badly as his nation was eliminated from the group stages.
His early return from holiday will certainly impress Maresca but it remains to be seen whether the Italian manager sees the Ukrainian as part of his plans.
Chelsea endured a disastrous 2023-24 season as they once again went trophyless, although they did enjoy a decent end to the campaign to ensure they qualified for Europe.
The Blues have spent over €1 billion on transfers since Todd Boehly bought the club two years ago but the results have not matched the spending.
