Arsenal fume as Man Utd AGREE wonderkid transfer – Fabrizio Romano
Manchester United are closing in on another raid of Arsenal after agreeing a deal to sign one of the Gunners’ brightest wonderkids in a bargain deal.
United already frustrated Arsenal during the summer by securing a deal for Chido Obi-Martin, with the 17-year-old opting to swap the Emirates Stadium for Old Trafford.

Arsenal received a nominal fee for Obi-Martin after the Danish youngster turned down the offer of a professional contract and it appears Mikel Arteta’s side will once again see another youngster move to their rivals in similar fashion.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that United have agreed to sign Ayden Heaven from Arsenal when the 18-year-old’s youth contract expires at the end of the season.
Heaven rejected professional terms from Arsenal and is also understood to have turned down a move to Eintracht Frankfurt in order to join United, with a medical now booked.
The Athletic have also revealed that Arsenal will receive a ‘modest fee’ for Heaven, who was in the stands for United’s win over Rangers in the Europa League last week.
United’s Heaven is Arsenal’s hell
Heaven is deemed one of Arsenal’s top youth prospects, having made his debut for the club in the Carabao Cup against Preston North End this season.
The defender joined Arsenal, the club he supports, in 2019 from West Ham’s academy and was heavily involved with the first team during pre-season but he is believed to feel he is more likely to break into the senior side at United rather than the Gunners.

Heaven will reportedly become a first team signing at United as a depth option to Lisandro Martinez at left centre-back.
The England under-19 international represents a coup for United as they look to transition towards a younger side under Ruben Amorim.
United are still hoping to make a major signing before the January transfer window closes on Monday, with negotiations over Lecce’s Patrick Dorgu still in progress, while Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho and Casemiro could all leave the club in the coming days.
