Haaland’s father blasted over Barcelona negotiations
Mino Raiola and Alf-Inge Haaland have been described as “disrespectful” for holding transfer discussions with Barcelona and Real Madrid over Erling Braut Haaland.
Borussia Dortmund striker Haaland is set to be the hottest property on the market this summer with most of Europe’s superclubs vying for the wonderkid’s signature.
In midweek, Haaland’s father Alf-Inge and agent Raiola travelled to Spain to hold very public talks with two of the interested parties, Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Indeed, the Barca talks were so public that Alf-Inge and Raiola were even picked up from El Prat Airport by Blaugrana president Joan Laporta’s driver.
This behaviour has been slammed by former Germany midfielder Dietmar Hamann, who says it was disrespectful ahead of Dortmund’s big game with Frankfurt.
Dortmund are struggling to make it into the top four in the Bundesliga and eventually lost the must-win game 2-1 to fall seven points outside of the Champions League places.

“The behaviour of Haaland’s father and Raiola is unspeakable, disrespectful, a cheek,” Hamann told Sky Germany.
“If he wants to go, let him go. Dortmund paid a lot of money for an 18-year-old, he should be happy that he can play there.
“Dortmund should think about why the players are always walking all over them. They lack leadership there.
“It’s the most important game of the season and you are not able to address this behaviour because you are afraid to upset the player.”
Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are also believed to be heavily interested in Haaland.
The 20-year-old has scored an incredible 39 goals in 37 games in all competitions for club and country this season.
