Bayern winger Coman hires Alaba’s agent as interest from Man Utd grows
Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman may have just taken a closer step to leaving the German champions this summer.
According to German newspaper Sport-Bild, the France international has hired football agent Pini Zahavi to pursue potential options in the English Premier League,
Zahavi is well known in Munich, as he is also the agent of star striker Robert Lewandowski and defender David Alaba.

Indeed, it won’t be lost on the Bavarian giants that one of Zahavi’s clients is currently in the midst of increased speculation over a move away from the club while he reportedly seeks an improved contract and the other is now set to depart the club for Spain after spending 11 years in Munich.
So will hiring Zahavi mean a similar fate for Coman or can Bayern fans rest assured that their star winger will be staying put for now?
Could Coman leave Bayern Munich this summer?
Under Hansi Flick, Coman has enjoyed a relatively impressive season for Bayern after picking up eight goals and 15 assists in 39 appearances in all competitions.
Indeed, while Leroy Sane has struggled to find his feet at times this season after joining from Manchester City and Serge Gnabry has failed to keep fit for most of the campaign, Bayern have often come to rely on Coman to run the lines and get crosses into the box every weekend.
However, it remains to be seen whether the France international is content with his role in Munich. With a contract until 2023, there’s no real rush for Bayern to worry about Coman’s future, however reports in Germany have suggested that the player may demand as much as £200,000 per week to extend his current deal.
That, apparently, is beyond Bayern’s valuation of the player and may lead to a breakdown in negotiations. At which point, the Bundesliga side may be willing to listen to offers from clubs in England that are reportedly interested in the winger, with Manchester United apparently leading the chase.
