Musiala a €250 million player for Matthaus
Jamal Musiala was described as being worth "a quarter of a billion" by Lothar Matthaus after starring for Bayern Munich against Schalke on Saturday.
Former Chelsea and England youngster Musiala now turns out for Bayern and will be going to the World Cup with Germany, as arguably their most exciting player.
The 19-year-old laid on both of Bayern's goals - for Serge Gnabry and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting - as the German champions beat the Royal Blues 2-0, and former World Player of the Year Matthaus was left impressed.

Matthaus: 'like Messi'
"Did you see what Musiala did? It's just magic, Musiala plays like [Lionel] Messi," he told Sky Germany.
"It's Hollywood. He must never leave Bayern. He always has to play. How much does it take to buy him? An immoral offer. I think his value is €250m, but in any case this player is not for sale."

Musiala has been Bayern's most potent attacking force this season, despite playing as a No.10 or, on occasion, drifting in from the left flank.

His two provisions against Schalke mean the Stuttgart-born youngster has had a hand in 22 goals in 22 games in all competitions in the first half of the season, and his value per Football Transfers' algorithm has increased by €40m since the start of the campaign.
Robert Lewandowski left a big goalscoring gap when he joined Barcelona in a €50m deal this summer, and the fact his goalscoring boots have been filled by a teenager who doesn't even play up front is quite incredible.
Matthaus knows a thing or two about promising No.10s having once been one himself. He was also an incredibly versatile player who marked perhaps the greatest of all-time in the position - Diego Maradona - out of the World Cup final which Germany won in 1990.
