Five players who could leave Bayern Munich this summer
Bayern Munich are in the midst of a summer of change.
Thomas Tuchel has departed as head coach after surrendering the Bundesliga title to Xabi Alonso's Bayer Leverkusen, and Vincent Kompany has been brought in as his replacement.
Bayern have been very busy already this summer and more business is expected. Having splashed well in excess of €100m, the Bavarians are looking to sell several stars.

FootballTransfers looks at five players who could leave Bayern this summer…
Matthijs de Ligt
Matthijs de Ligt arrived at Bayern with a glowing reputation as one of the brightest young defenders in Europe, however he has perhaps failed to live up to the expectations of his €67m transfer from Juventus in 2022.
The 24-year-old still has his admirers though and Manchester United are said to be pushing to sign him in the hopes that Erik ten Hag can help De Ligt live up to the potential that he unearthed at Ajax.

Alphonso Davies is one of Real Madrid's top transfer targets and has been dragging his feet on extending a contract which currently runs until the summer of 2025.
One of the few vocal supporters of former sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic, Davies' form has wobbled, but he remains one of the game's best left-backs on his day.
Real are reportedly willing to wait for Davies to be available on a free, but Bayern would rather cash in this summer than lose him for nothing next, and there could be a window for Premier League suitors to swoop.

Kingsley Coman
A big earner and a player who seemingly can't stay fit, Kingsley Coman's time at Bayern is coming to an end. The Bavarians are desperate to get him out of the club this summer and would even be willing to sanction a loan.
Coman has suitors but they have concerns about his fitness issues and high wages. It will be a battle for Bayern to offload the Frenchman before the window slams shut.
Leon Goretzka
Initially, it was thought that Bayern would try to sell Joshua Kimmich, but there has been a rapprochement between the player and the club in recent times.
Instead, it could now be Leon Goretzka to make way, though he doesn't want to leave Munich. The midfielder has struggled to consistently match the promise he showed early on in his career and Bayern are prepared to sell him.
Serge Gnabry
Another player Bayern are prepared to sell but who is not really keen on leaving his lucrative contract is Serge Gnabry, whose fitness issues have seen his prominence dissipate.
Still a good player on his day, Gnabry is said to have impressed in pre-season, so a departure is looking increasingly unlikely. Nevertheless, Bayern are ready to sell at the right price.
