‘LaLiga won’t know what hit it!’ – Real Madrid fans drool over Mbappé-Benzema connection
France demolished Kazakhstan 8-0 on Saturday night to book their place at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, with Kylian Mbappé and Karim Benzema putting on a show. The PSG forward scored four goals, while Benzema netted twice and was even assisted by Mbappé for the second. With the pair combining for six goals between them, Real Madrid fans got excited at what they believe will be their strike partnership from 2022/23.
Los Blancos weren’t able to prize Mbappé away from PSG in the summer transfer window, but he will become a free agent as of June 30th, 2022, if he doesn’t renew in Paris. Real Madrid will be ready to swoop in and to pair the 22-year-old with Benzema at the Bernabéu.
With Vinícius improving too, Real Madrid fans are excited about the front three they could field as of next season and took to social media after the France win over Kazakhstan.
“LaLiga ain’t gonna know what it got hit with” and “The world won't be ready for Benzema, Vinícius, and Mbappé all together” were just some of the comments from Real Madrid fans relishing the Mbappé-Benzema connection.
The world won't be ready for Benzema, Vinicius, and Mbappe all together.

Benzema - Vinicius is the best attacking duo in the club football & Benzema - Mbappé is the best attacking duo at the national level and all the three are going to play together next season at Real Madrid CF. pic.twitter.com/gFltNKq4Nh

Mbappe was on Benzema drip and Ronaldo costume tonight for France. Unbelievable performance and funny how Florentino Perez still sign this guy for free for Real Madrid 😂

Benzema and Mbappé’s 10th game together
The Saturday night win over Kazakhstan was the 10th match in which Mbappé and Benzema have played together for Les Bleus. In total, they’ve shared the pitch for 788 minutes, in which time Mbappé has seven goals and Benzema has eight goals.
Incredibly, five of Benzema’s eight goals have been assisted by the current PSG man, although Benzema is yet to assist an Mbappé strike. This means that Mbappé is assisting Benzema once every 158 minutes, while one of the pair is finding the back of the net every 53 minutes they spend on the pitch together.
Although Benzema is racking up the minutes, his monthly link-ups with Mbappé are great news for Real Madrid and mean that the pair will already have a powerful connection if and when the young forward moves to the Spanish capital. It’s little wonder Real Madrid fans are so excited.
