Barcelona still have €57m left in transfer budget for this window
Barcelona have been active in the transfer window, having signed five new players, and they may still have some money left over for more business in the final days of the transfer window.
The Blaugrana have signed Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, Jules Kounde, Franck Kessie and Andreas Christensen this summer, and there may be more to come before the transfer deadline.
They only managed to register four of those signings before the start of the season, with Kounde yet to make his debut for the club as they look to get him registered.
Despite the heavy spending, there may still be more as Barcelona have a chunk of money left in their budget, according to reports from Marca.
Barcelona have plenty in their budget
At the start of the window, Barcelona had a budget of €200 million, and they spent €148 million on three transfers, with Kessie and Christensen arriving on a free after the expiry of their contracts.
The sale of Ferran Jutgla to Club Brugge added to that transfer budget, giving them a total of €57 million which can be spent on new players in the final days of the window.
There could still be more outgoings with the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Memphis Depay up for sale, while Frenkie de Jong’s future is still unclear.
Have you given up on signing Marcos Alonso?

They are targeting new players, with Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso and Celta Vigo’s Javi Galan of interest for the left-back role, and could yet make a move.
The problem for Barcelona is that they need to have the right financial balance in order to register players in accordance with La Liga’s salary limits.
There will now be a debate on whether they should spend the money on new signings or give them some financial breathing space, and the chance to register players to play in La Liga, with the deadline approaching.
