How Real Madrid will line up with Kylian Mbappe
Kylian Mbappe looks once again to be set to join Real Madrid.
The Frenchman has informed Paris Saint-Germain that he won't trigger his extension for the 2024/25 season and he will become a free agent next summer. Though he has since shot down rumours that he will force a move to Real Madrid this summer, Fabrizio Romano claims that PSG's idea is to sell Mbappe immediately so as to not lose him for nothing.
This means that Real Madrid are also part of the equation in the upcoming window despite Florentino Perez's insistence that he will sign Mbappe next year. Regardless of whether he joins now or in twelve months, we can already make some educated guesses as to how Los Blancos will line up with their new Galactico.

How will Real Madrid line up with Mbappe?
In terms of the formation, we have gone for Real's classic 4-3-3. As you will notice, Jude Bellingham is part of the Madrid midfield. That is because his move has already been officially communicated by Borussia Dortmund to journalists even though it has not yet been publicly confirmed by the club.
The back line in 2023/24 will likely feature midfielder Eduardo Camavinga at left-back again even if that is not his favoured position. Veterans Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, both of whom are expected to extend their deals for one more season, will remain in midfield.

The following campaign, however, we will likely see a midfield of Camavinga, Aurelien Tchouameni and Bellingham with David Alaba (or new signing Fran Garcia) slotting in at left-back. Mbappe will lead the line due to the departure of Karim Benzema.
Vini Jr and Rodrygo will look to build on their impressive form from last season, though Real could yet look to strengthen at right-wing. No, Erling Haaland and Harry Kane didn't make it into our sides despite the constant rumours!
