Real Madrid Transfer News: New signing is 'paying' to join Spanish giants - Fabrizio Romano
Joselu has reportedly completed his loan move to Real Madrid, and according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano he is effectively PAYING for the privilege.
The 33-year-old former Stoke and Newcastle man is a stopgap striking option for Los Blancos after the departure of Karim Benzema, with a much bigger name expected to move to the Santiabo Bernaeu in the coming months.

Kylian Mbappe and Harry Kane are both being linked with a move to the Spanish capital, but if they do you can expect they will be getting a hefty pay raise. Just like Jude Bellingham did when he was unveiled as a Madrid player earlier this week.
Joselu takes pay cut to join Real Madrid
Not so Joselu, who per Romano is actually taking a pay cut to land his dream move to the 13-time European champions.
Romano also revealed that the transfer is a one-year loan through to the summer of 2024, with Joselu's current club receiving €500,000 for allowing Madrid to borrow their forward.
There is also a clause which allows Real to make the move permanent next summer for a fee of €1.5m but it is not mandatory.
