Barcelona could sign Joao Felix THIS WEEK as Atletico Madrid FUME
Joao Felix has admitted that he is willing to do everything to complete a transfer to Barcelona – and the Portugal international star’s dream could come through very quickly, according to reports from Spain.
Felix hit the headlines when he moved to Atleti for €126 million in 2019 as a replacement for Antoine Griezmann, who had moved to Camp Nou but is now back with Los Colchoneros.
The 23-year-old has not sparkled as he might have wished in the Spanish capital and, after a breakdown with his relationship with head coach Diego Simeone, he moved to Chelsea on loan for the second half of last season.

Felix would not complete a permanent move to the Premier League club and has made his feelings about staying at Atleti clear in an interview published by Fabrizio Romano on Tuesday.
“I’d love to play for Barca. Barcelona has always been my first choice and I’d love to join Barca. It has always my dream since I was a kid. If it happens, it will be a dream come true for me,” he told the football transfer expert.

Atleti rage with Felix over Barcelona transfer comments
Felix’s interview has provoked outrage from Atletico Madrid, according to Sport.
The Catalan paper reports that the Wanda Metropolitano club are furious with the attacker over what are perceived to be disrespectful remarks.
Furthermore, Atleti believe they have made it clear what it takes for Felix, who is also wanted by PSG, to leave the club via a transfer.

El Chiringuito’s Manu Sainz, meanwhile, states that the capital outfit have given Felix the green light to sign for Barcelona on loan with a buy option. Such a deal would fit into Barcelona’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) framework and it is stated that a transfer could be completed this week.
Barcelona have been stunted in the transfer window this summer because of their financial difficulties, notably missing out on Lionel Messi as a consequence.
Barca have signed Ilkay Gundogan, Inigo Martinez and, as of Wednesday morning, Oriol Romeu this summer.
