Los Blancos pulled off one of the signings of the summer when they snapped up English wonderkid Jude Bellingham for a whopping €103 million. A few months into the season, this eye-watering figure is looking increasingly like a bargain.

Bellingham's form for Los Blancos has shocked everybody in Spain, friend and foe alike, and could have far-reaching consequences for the club's transfer business. The stunning success of the 20-year-old has taken the pressure off Real to get the next big statement signing right, meaning that the club are calm about Kylian Mbappe and not worrying too much about a potential contract extension of his at PSG.

Despite being a midfielder by trade, Bellingham has excellently replaced Karim Benzema, notching 10 goals and three assists in 10 games across all competitions at the tip of Los Blancos' midfield. While the elder Bellingham is impressing at one of the biggest clubs in the world, his younger brother is catching the eye at one of the biggest clubs...in North East England.

Bellingham Jr scouted

According to El Nacional, Real Madrid are keeping an eye on Jobe Bellingham's development. The 18-year-old signed for Sunderland from boyhood club Birmingham City in the summer and has recorded two goals and an assist so far this term.

The report claims that Florentino Perez personally asked Real's chief scout Juni Calafat to send his minions to England's U19 game against Montenegro to watch the youngster.

It is asserted that Bellingham Jr impressed, much to the light of Perez who has ordered that closer tabs be kept on him going forward. If Los Blancos were interested in signing him they would have to battle it out with some English giants, but they understandably feel that having Jude already at the club gives them a massive advantage.
