Barcelona attempt 'IMPOSSIBLE' deal that would leave Real Madrid stunned
Barcelona recently enquired over Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, but a deal seems all but impossible.
The Georgian superstar is facing an uncertain future at Napoli. While the Italian giants naturally want to tie him down long-term, the 23-year-old continues to be courted by Europe's elite. The situation is made all the more complicated by Napoli's poor season.
After winning their first Scudetto in 33 years last term, the Italians' title defence has been pitiful this term and they currently languish in eighth. Kvaratskhelia hasn't been unaffected by the turmoil in Naples.

Though he has overcome his form slump, currently sitting on 10 goals and six assists for the season, it has not been a particularly great season at club level for the Georgian, who recently helped his country qualify for their first-ever major tournament.
Chelsea and Arsenal are said to hold an interest in the exciting winger, but Barcelona appear to be the most serious about snapping up 'Kvaradona.'
Barcelona's impossible dream
According to AS, Barcelona made contact with Kvaratskhelia's camp and Napoli in recent weeks to enquire about his summer availability. His outspoken agent, Mamuka Jugeli, recently claimed that the Georgian has offers on the table and he has also admitted that he would love to see the star at Barcelona.
"His father and I are Barca fans and it would make me very happy to see him play there, even though Khvicha is a Real Madrid fan," Jugeli told Geo Team. Signing a player of Kvaratskhelia's pedigree would certainly boost Barcelona's hopes of not falling by the wayside for what looks set to be an era of dominance from Real Madrid.

However, the chances of a deal materialising are very slim indeed. Napoli are braced for the summer exit of star striker Victor Osimhen, who is a top target for Chelsea, and they have no intention of losing the Nigerian and Kvaratskhelia in the same window. Napoli want to build their team around the Georgian post-Osimhen and would only consider a sale for north of €100 million. Barcelona simply don't have the money for it.
