Isco - Free (Unattached to Real Betis)
Isco’s top level career appeared to be over after Sevilla terminated his contract after just six months at the club, but he sealed a move to Real Betis last summer and has been one of LaLiga’s outstanding players this campaign.
The former Real Madrid man has won 19 Man of the Match awards in just 28 games this season (at the time of writing) and his tally of 13 league goal contributions is his most since 2017-18.
Isco is back and Real Betis deserve immense credit for helping to resurrect his career.

Artem Dovbyk - €7.8m (Dnipro to Girona)
Girona have been one of the greatest success stories in recent years and will be competing in next season’s Champions League after a fabulous year in the Spanish top flight.
Crucial to their success has been Ukrainian striker Artem Dovbyk - who joined the club as a relative unknown from Dnipro.
Dovbyk has netted 20 La Liga goals this campaign - the most of any player at the time of writing - while he has also provided seven league assists.

Alexander Sorloth - €10m (RB Leipzig to Villarreal)
Signed as Nicolas Jackson’s replacement after a prolific loan spell at Real Sociedad, Alexander Sorloth has been an immense addition at Villarreal.
The Norway international has 19 goals and six assists in LaLiga this season and could end the campaign as the top scorer in Spain.
Villarreal have endured a mixed year, but Sorloth has been an outstanding signing.
Antoine Griezmann - €22m (Barcelona to Atletico Madrid)
Antoine Griezmann’s move to Barcelona was an absolute disaster and he re-joined Atletico Madrid on a permanent deal last summer following a successful loan spell back at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Since re-signing, Griezmann has been in majestic form under Diego Simeone and he has formed a fantastic strike partnership with Alvaro Morata.
The France international has notched 21 goals and eight assists in all competitions this term, and continues to be one of the most underrated players in world football.
Jude Bellingham - €103m (Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid)
What a signing. The best in Europe? There’s certainly an argument for it.
Jude Bellingham has been sublime since joining Real Madrid for €103 million last summer, with the Englishman exceeding even his own wildest expectations.
He has replaced Karim Benzema’s goals and Luka Modric’s midfield class all in one, while he is adored by Los Blancos fans and his goal celebration is already iconic.
Bellingham has been simply world class and his transfer fee already looks like a complete bargain - which isn’t something that is ever said about a player who cost in excess of €100m.
