Real Madrid are 'relaxed' despite potential Mbappe problem - Romano
Real Madrid remain “relaxed” despite a potential selection headache following the summer arrivals of Kylian Mbappe and Endrick.
Los Blancos won the Champions League for a record-extending 15th time last month and they have added further quality to their first-team squad in the form of Mbappe and Endrick.
Mbappe, 24, has finally joined the club after years of flirting with Florentino Perez, while Endrick will link up with his new team-mates as one of the hottest prospects in world football.

Both players will provide competition for the likes of Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Jude Bellingham, Brahim Diaz and Arda Guler, but Real Madrid aren’t worried about stunting the development of their young stars, despite the plethora of attacking options available to Carlo Ancelotti.
That is according to Fabrizio Romano, who told CaughtOffside: “Endrick continues to shine for the Brazilian national team, and it’s going to be interesting to see how he and Kylian Mbappe fit in together at Real Madrid next season.
“All people at Real Madrid are quite relaxed, they’re sure that Endrick will shine and nothing will change with Mbappe’s arrival.

“Endrick is considered a fantastic talent, Real Madrid believe their early move for him in December 2022 was the perfect strategy to get one of the best gems in the world.”
With Mbappe and Endrick now among his ranks, Ancelotti has the best frontline in world football and will be required to keep his star players happy despite intense competition for places.
Kylian Mbappe finally joins Real Madrid
Before he joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2018, Mbappe was a key transfer target for Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.
During a documentary aired on TF1, the Gunners legend admitted: “It was a footballing blow, and an obvious one too.
“Seeing a photo like that [of Mbappe wearing an Arsenal jersey], hurts my heart a little.
“I went to his [Mbappe’s] parents and tried to convince them,” Wenger continued. “At the time, he was a little shy, people were starting to ask him for his first autographs in Monaco.
“At the beginning of your career, you don't have too much pressure at the start and they managed to persuade him to extend it by promising him that he would play more easily at Monaco than at Arsenal, Liverpool or Real Madrid.
“We can say that his parents advised him well and that he made the right decision.”
Mbappe will be in action for France at the 2024 European Championship, with Les Blues’ first game taking place on 17 June against Austria.
