Vinicius Jr: Real Madrid demand €1 BILLION transfer fee from Saudi Arabia
Real Madrid are demanding that Saudi Pro League teams will have to pay €1 billion in order to sign Vinicius Jr.
According to ESPN, Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) would have to pay the €1bn release clause in Vinicius Jr’s contract as Madrid will not accept any lower offer.
On Tuesday, it was reported by Relevo that Vinicius Jr was tempted by the world record offer on the table from Saudi Arabia.
They reported that the Real Madrid superstar is taking his time to reflect on a truly sensational offer.

The Saudi Pro League have offered Vinicius Jr a €1 BILLION contract. This would see the Brazilian earn €200m per year over 5 seasons. ESPN claim that the Saudis are prepared to increase this salary up to €348m a year to convince Vini.
Carlo Ancelotti played down reports of Vinicius Jr moving to Saudi Arabia ahead of Real Madrid’s Super Cup Final against Atalanta on Wednesday.
“I can guarantee that there’s nothing to it. It’s pure speculation,” Ancelotti said.
The plan, according to reports, is to make Vinicius Jr the face of the Saudi Pro League, and for him to also be a key ambassador for their hosting of the 2034 World Cup.
Vinicius Jr is considered by many to now be the best player in world football and he is the favourite to win the 2024 Ballon d’Or later this year.
His rival for the title of world’s best player is probably Kylian Mbappe, who has just joined the Brazilian at Real Madrid on a free transfer.
The pair are expected to play together on Wednesday against Atalanta in Warsaw.
