Barcelona fans turn on star: 'Like playing with TEN MEN'
Barcelona fans - and even journalists - are beginning to turn on Ferran Torres.
The Blaugrana enjoyed a perfect start to their LaLiga campaign in the first seven games of the new season, but coach Hansi Flick heavily rotated his side against Osasuna on Matchday 8.
With the team plagued by injuries ahead of a three-game week, the German decided to take no chances and played a host of homegrown talent. Jules Kounde and Robert Lewandowski were the only non-Spanish players in his starting XI.

Despite the fact that Barcelona's youngsters have played so well when given opportunities this term, they struggled against Osasuna and were 2-0 down at half time.
However, it ultimately wasn't a young player who drew the ire of Blaugrana fans with his performance.
Fans getting fed up of Torres
Instead, Ferran Torres came under heavy fire from supporters and even some journalists. Though the former Man City man has never managed to set the world alight at Barcelona, he has often proved an effective player off the bench.
Against Osasuna, however, he got the nod from the beginning and failed to deliver. He missed a huge chance shortly before the break and was subsequently slammed on social media.

One Barcelona fan account described the Spain international's first touch as 'horrendous,' while journalist Javi Miguel thundered that 'playing with Torres is worse than playing with 10 men.'
Others described him as an 'eyesore,' a 'waste of €55 million' and one supporter asked: "I wonder what they see in him?" Torres has been a candidate to be sold by Barcelona for some time and he certainly didn't help his case against Osasuna.
