Alphonso Davies 'open' to Man Utd switch
Alphonso Davies is very much open to making the move to Manchester United amid interest from Real Madrid.
The Bayern Munich left-back is out of contract next summer so can sign a pre-contract agreement in the January transfer window.
Along with Los Blancos, their arch-rivals Barcelona have reportedly contacted Davies’ agent Nedal Huoseh to make their interest known.
German transfer expert Christian Falk reports on the Daily Briefing that Bayern are not in talks with Davies over a contract extension, believing that his €20 million salary demands are too high to be feasible.

The Canada international is "still dreaming of Real Madrid" for next year, but United could stand a chance if they were willing to meet his wage package demands.
Real Madrid lost out to United for teenage sensation Leny Yoro, but that was because the Premier League club were willing to pay Lille's asking amount, a sum that the La Liga deemed too expensive.
Davies would be a regular starter, too, while Yoro would be fourth choice centre-back in Spain at Real Madrid.
Davies to Barcelona?
The battle between Barcelona and Real Madrid for Davies would be an intriguing one. According to Sport, Barcelona think that head coach Hansi Flick could be an ace up their sleeve.

The German coached the 24-year-old Davies at Bayern, with the player crucial to their Champions League win in 2020. Contact between Barcelona and the player's agents is already established ahead of a possible deal.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano recently played down sensational reports that Real Madrid have already agreed a deal with Davies, so it seems that all hope may not yet be lost for Barcelona to pull off a truly spectacular transfer coup.
