Euro 2024 transfer values: Which country has the most valuable squad?
England officially have the most valuable squad at the 2024 European Championship, according to Estimated Transfer Value (ETV).
Gareth Southgate has an abundance of riches to call upon in Germany, with his squad containing the likes of Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden, Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka.

A player’s ETV is calculated by a variety of factors, namely: Skill, potential, recent performance, level of competition, contract duration, position and age.

Which country has the most valuable Euro 2024 squad?
England lead the way with a squad valuation of €1.253 billion. Bellingham (€142.1 million) is the Three Lions’ most valuable player, closely followed by Foden (119.7m), Kane (€108.5m) and Saka (€106.2m).
France have the second-most valuable squad at Euro 2024 and are the only other nation with a squad valuation over €1bn; Didier Deschamps’ squad has a combined ETV of €1.069bn.
Kylian Mbappe (€154.6m) is now the most valuable player in world football after his move to Real Madrid, while Eduardo Camavinga is France’s second-most valuable player.
Jules Kounde, Randal Kolo Muani, William Saliba, Warren Zaire-Emery, Theo Hernandez and Aurelien Tchouameni all have an ETV higher than €50m.
Portugal’s Euro 2024 squad has the third-highest combined ETV. While Cristiano Ronaldo has seen his transfer value dwindle to just €10.4m following his move to Al-Nassr, Roberto Martinez’s side still possess the likes of Ruben Dias (€80.3m), Joao Neves (€70.5m) and Bernardo Silva (€63.3m).
In fourth place is Germany. The Euro 2024 hosts have several bright youngsters in their ranks, including Jamal Musiala, who is their most valuable player. The ex-Chelsea academy star has an ETV of €118.9m.
Spain have the fifth-highest combined ETV at Euro 2024, ahead of the Netherlands, Italy and Belgium.
Denmark and Ukraine complete the top 10, narrowly beating out Croatia, Switzerland and Serbia.
Turkey have the 14th-most valuable squad at Euro 2024, as per ETV, while Austria, Poland, Scotland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia complete the top 20.
Dominik Szoboszlai’s Hungary are 21st, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is a key reason why Georgia have the 22nd-highest combined ETV. Albania are 23rd, while Romania have the least valuable Euro 2024 at just €68.03m.
