Arsenal crazy to pay €30m for goal-shy Morata
Arsenal have made a €30 million offer to Atletico Madrid for Alvaro Morata, amid interest from Juventus.
The Spaniard has been on loan at Juve for the past two seasons and the Old Lady are looking to make it a permanent deal.
Morata was last seen in the Premier League for Chelsea, where he struggled to live up to expectations.
However, according to Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport, he would be willing to return to England if the opportunity arose.
And, there are few better teams for a striker to sign for than Mikel Arteta's Arsenal, who are well-equipped elsewhere on the pitch.

The departure of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Barcelona in the January transfer window has left Alexandre Lacazette at the club's only 'number nine'.
The Frenchman has excelled in bringing the likes of Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli into play but hasn't managed to score many goals himself.
In fact, the Gunners failed to score at all in recent defeats to Crystal palace and Brighton which have seen their chances of top four decrease.
What is Alvaro Morata's value?
Arsenal have reportedly made a bid of €30m, while Juventus are only willing to spend €15m on the 29-year-old.
This goes to show that the Gunners would be paying well over the odds for a player with an average goal record.
Even Juve, who have had Morata for the last two seasons, know that he is not worth what the north London club have offered.
According to FootballTransfers' player valuation tool, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid man is worth €26m and that will only decline as the expiration of his contract draws nearer.
