Revealed: Real Madrid's transfer budget after Champions League win

Real Madrid's budget for the summer transfer window has been revealed on the back of their Champions League success.
Los Blancos won La Liga, as well as Europe's greatest club competition, which have given their finances a significant boost.
Madrid have also cut their operating costs and have freed up funds by releasing players.

La Liga's salary cap limits the club's wage expenditure to £634 million, though they only spent £300m over the past season.
And, with Marcelo, Gareth Bale and Isco leaving, Salary Sport estimates that another £75m has become available.
Pay rises for the likes of Vinicius Junior and Eder Militao, in addition to the signing of Antonio Rudiger from Chelsea, will take up some of this space.
Also, Los Blancos are expected to receive £310m from Legends and Sixth Street to administer the upgraded Santiago Bernabeu's commercial deals.
So, it is fair to assume that Real Madrid will be among the busiest in the transfer market this summer.

Plus, there are a number of potential outgoings that could take this number even higher.
Jesus Vallejo, Marcos Asnesio, Dani Ceballos, Luka Jovic and Mariano could all be let go this summer, should the right offers come in.

A large part of this sum would have gone to Kylian Mbappe, who instead chose to sign a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
Now, attentions have turned to Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni. The sought-after Frenchman is expected to follow Rudiger through the door at the Bernabeu.
Elsewhere, the likes of Reece James, Rafael Leao and Raheem Sterling have been mentioned as possible targets - all of which would cost a fortune in transfer fees and wages.
But, there is no doubt that Madrid can now afford to sign whoever they choose in the coming months.
