Lionel Messi is officially the best dribbler in FIFA 23 after the Paris Saint-Germain forward was given a 94 rated dribbling attribute in EA Sports’ popular video game.
The Argentine has seen his dribbling rating drop by one after being rated 95 in this category in FIFA 22. Nonetheless, Messi remains the very best dribbler in FIFA 23.

Messi’s current PSG team-mate and his Barcelona team-mate Neymar has the second highest dribbling stat in FIFA 23, with the Brazilian given 93 dribbling in the game.
Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva is third on the list of the best dribblers in FIFA 23, with the Portuguese international rated 92 in dribbling. Kylian Mbappe also has 92 dribbling in the game.
Marco Verratti ensures there are four PSG players in the top five dribblers in FIFA 23 with his 91 rated dribbling stat. The Italian is the only player with 91 dribbling in FIFA 23.
Mohamed Salah, Paulo Dybala, Riyad Mahrez, Thiago Alcantara and Vinicius Junior all have 90 dribbling in FIFA 23. Meanwhile, Jadon Sancho and Lorenzo Insigne have both been rated 89 in dribbling for the latest version of the video game.
Allan Saint-Maximin, Christopher Nkunku, Dries Mertens, Isco, Joao Felix, Luka Modric, Mateo Kovacic and Phil Foden round off the top 20 dribblers in FIFA 23 with an 88 rating in this category.
