Mbappe rejects ANOTHER PSG contract offer as Real Madrid wait
Kylian Mbappe has rejected another offer from Paris Saint-Germain to extend his contract at club.
Mbappe is currently in a war with the Parisian side over his future. The striker refused to take up the option of an additional year in his contract, meaning that he is a free agent in 2024.
PSG believe the No.7 has already struck up a deal to sign for Real Madrid on a free transfer at that point and have frozen him out of first-team matters for the time being. He did not travel on the preseason tour to Japan and South Korea and is not expected to play in the opening Ligue 1 match of the season against Lorient on Saturday.

While the club have been vocal in the media about the situation, claiming that the player pledged on eight occasions in interviews that he would not leave the club for free, the Mbappe camp is giving little away over his situation.
According to ESPN, though, PSG tried to offer Mbappe a new contract in the last 48 hours only for the player to turn it down.

This is the second time that the France star has knocked back this type of advance. Previously, it was reported that he had been offered a special deal by PSG that would have allowed him to pick his club next summer.
Similarly, AS states that Mbappe’s chances of extending with the Parc des Princes club are zero.
Why is Mbappe rejecting PSG?
Mbappe believes that PSG have not kept certain promises to him and is not prepared to stay at the club. Instead, it appears that he apparently driving his dream move to Real Madrid – but not until next summer.
This stance appears to be financially motivated. Mbappe is in line to receive large bonuses this season at PSG – regardless if he plays or not – while he is also set to receive a bumper signing-on bonus at Real Madrid if Los Blancos do not pay a transfer fee for him.
There have been suggestions that Real Madrid have a kitty of €180 million they could spend on secure Mbappe if necessary before the end of the transfer window.
