Man Utd, Arsenal and Juventus informed of Zaniolo's price tag

Roma have stood their ground and named their asking price for Nicolo Zaniolo with several top European sides interested in making a move for the Italian.
Zaniolo, 22, suffered two ACL injuries in the calendar year of 2020 which forced him to miss nearly 450 days of action on the sidelines and put his future in the game in slight doubt.

However, he has made a full recovery now and has missed just 10 matches through injury this campaign. The injuries to his knee don't appear to affected his game too much either and he's notched up 15 goal contributions in 39 appearances in all competitions this season. Three of those came in the Europa Conference League against Bodo/Glimt, in which Zaniolo scored a hat-trick to dump the Bodo out of the competition and secure Roma's path through.
Despite injury issues often putting prospective buyers off signing a player, that doesn't appear to be the case with Zaniolo. A report from Calciomercato in April details the vast number of clubs interested in signing the attacking midfielder.
Both Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are reportedly keeping an eye on the Roma man, while Ralf Rangnick and Manchester United remain keen on the player amid the impending Erik ten Hag transfer dealings.
Fichajes have also reported that Arsenal and Milan both hold an interest, while both reports suggest Juventus are in the driving seat as things stand.
The Old Lady have a reputation for buying Serie A's top stars, as seen with the purchase of Dusan Vlahovic earlier this year, and Zaniolo is reportedly their next target from within the Italian top flight.
How much will Zaniolo cost?
However, he won't come cheap. With Roma turning things around under Jose Mourinho there is great optimism about the direction the team is headed. It will take a mammoth offer to sign Tammy Abraham and it's a similar situation with Zaniolo as the club want to keep hold of their stars in order to establish themselves as a Champions League club again.
According to Tuttosport, it will take a bid of at least €50 million for Roma to let Zaniolo leave this summer. The player has two years left on his deal so unless they can convince him to sign a new contract it's the last summer in which they can feasibly ask for maximum value for the Italian international.
