Revealed: Tomori REJECTED shock summer transfer to stay at Milan
AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori reportedly rejected a summer move to Paris Saint-Germain in order to stay at the club.
Tomori, 25, has shone for Milan since he moved to Italy for €31.6 million in 2021 and was courted by PSG this summer. However, he turned down the chance to join Luis Enrique’s side, according to Calciomercato.
PSG reportedly contacted Tomori’s agent in an attempt to pursue a move, but the Englishman was not interested in leaving Milan.

Real Madrid had previously held interest in Tomori, with links to Los Blancos surfacing in October 2022, but they have not pursued a move.
Instead, PSG signed Lucas Hernandez for €45m from Bayern Munich in addition to the free transfer arrival of Milan Skriniar from Inter Milan.
Following Nuno Mendes’ injury, Hernandez has played at left-back rather than centre-back since joining PSG, however, with Skriniar and Marquinhos the preferred centre-back pairing.

Milan’s summer business
Keeping hold of Tomori - who has previously garnered immense praise from Paolo Maldini - was a huge coup for Milan, and his performance against Newcastle United in the Champions League last week was an example of his immense ability.
However, Stefano Pioli also added to his side as well. Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek both arrived from Chelsea (for €20m and €16m respectively), while Yunus Musah (€20m), Samuel Chukwueze (€20m), Tijani Reijnders (€19m), Noah Akafor (€14m) Marco Pellegrino (€3.5m) and Fredrik Nissen (€0.5m) also joined for fees.
They have picked up four wins from their opening five Serie A matches of the new season and sit second in the table, three points behind rivals Inter Milan. Their only loss so far this campaign came against the Nerazzurri, with Tomori missing the game through suspension.
The former Chelsea man - who came through the Cobham academy - has played every other game for Milan this season.
