Conte reveals Osimhen latest following €200m bid
Antonio Conte has provided an update on Victor Osimhen’s future at Napoli amid significant rumours of a summer exit.
The 25-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away this summer and multiple top clubs have expressed an interest in signing him.
Chelsea and Arsenal have been touted as Osimhen’s two most likely destinations for the best part of a year, but Napoli have insisted that the Nigerian will not leave unless his €130 million release clause is activated.

Both London clubs are extremely unlikely to pay this figure, meaning a move doesn’t look as though it will happen.
Paris Saint-Germain are also keen, and have submitted a €200m combined offer for Osimhen and his Napoli team-mate Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as per Corriere dello Sport, while a Saudi Pro League switch appears his most likely next step.
Gianluca Di Marzio, via CalcioNapoli24, recently revealed that Osimhen could end up staying at Napoli after all.

The Nigerian has reportedly impressed in pre-season training and the possibility of staying in Naples hasn’t been ruled out.
What has Antonio Conte said?
Conte has now provided an update on Osimhen’s potential exit as he begins life as Napoli head coach.
He told the media (as per Fabrizio Romano): “I spoke to Victor and there are no changes on his situation. He’s a top player.
“He’s [a] Napoli player today so he needs to work hard, even if we’ve an agreement [for his potential exit] and still we don’t know the outcome of this story.”
Osimhen scored 15 goals and provided three assists in 25 Serie A appearances last season, while he has just two years left on his current Napoli contract.
