‘I have a better body’ - Ronaldo taunted by 47-year-old Brazil legend
Former Brazil star Ze Roberto has boasted that he has a better physique than Cristiano Ronaldo…at the age of 47!
Ronaldo turns 37 next month and is showing no signs of slowing down following his return to Manchester United last summer.
Despite Man Utd’s struggles as a team this season, he has still managed an impressive 14 goals in all competitions this season for his club.
The attacker is held up as the perfect footballer when it comes to keeping fit, healthy and in shape – with his shredded torso the envy of many around the world.
But there is a 47-year-old former footballer from Brazil who claims to be in even better shape than Ronaldo.
Ze Roberto was a world-class footballer himself during the noughties, starring in midfield for Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen and the Brazil national team.

The former left-footer retired from professional football only four years ago at the age of 43 and he has been hitting the headlines this week when topless pictures demonstrating just how fit he remains at 47 went viral.
What did Ze Roberto say about Ronaldo?
“I have no vices. I don't drink alcoholic beverages, I don't smoke, I eat very well, I sleep well,” Ze Roberto explained.
“I have my family, which is my greatest security. I think those are important factors to reach the age I reached and still continue playing at a high level.
“Today I would say that I have a better physique than Ronaldo, because I played until I was 43 years old.
“If Ronaldo plays until then, I will say it is him.”
Ze Roberto won 84 caps for Brazil, playing in two World Cups between 1995 and 2006.
