What will Gabriel Jesus’s salary be at Arsenal?
Arsenal have offered Gabriel Jesus a contract worth €6 million a year, according to respected Brazilian football journalist Jorge Nicola.
This offer will see the Man City striker increase his current salary by €2.5m a year as he currently earns €3.5m per season at the Etihad.
Arsenal are widely reported to be in advanced talks to sign the forward, who has been told by Manchester City that he can leave in the summer.
Jesus has been told by City boss Pep Guardiola that he is not part of his plans next season ahead of the arrivals of Julian Alvarez and potentially Erling Haaland.

With Jesus entering the final year of his contract, City are looking to cash in and have invited offers for the Brazil international, alerting many clubs, including Arsenal.
No fee has been agreed between the two sides and it is believed the Gunners are willing to wait for Jesus to run his contract down if a deal cannot be struck.
But Man City are said to value the 25-year-old Gabriel Jesus at around €36m.
Arsenal have made the signing of a striker their number one priority for the summer transfer window.
It is believed that Gabriel Jesus and Roma hitman Tammy Abraham are the two names at the top of their striker shortlist, with the former the likelier option to arrive.
Jesus signed for Manchester City in January 2017 for €33m plus bonuses from Palmeiras.
He has since scored 93 goals in 230 games, helping the club to nine trophies during his time – including three league titles.
However, he has never been fully trusted by Guardiola as the club’s number one striker option.
Instead, Pep has repeatedly used a false 9 instead of playing Jesus.
Guardiola tried to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham last summer to replace Jesus and is now going all-in for Haaland at the end of this season.
