Owned by Manchester City, on loan at Sporting CP and targeted by Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Barcelona, it’s looking like Pedro Porro could be the star of a whirlwind transfer saga this summer.
After impressing during his two years in Lisbon, FootballTransfers understands that Sporting are set to activate a clause to sign Porro permanently for €8 million with the potential to sell him on for a bigger fee.

He has continued his good form into this season, scoring three times and grabbing four assists in just 14 starts, largely due to his ability from free-kicks and set-pieces.
Porro also made his international debut for Spain last year as well as playing in the Champions League for the first time, including in the 5-0 aggregate loss to his parent club in the last-16.

What clubs are interested in Pedro Porro?
Having agreed a fee to make the deal permanent, there is still the possibility of Porro choosing to stay at Sporting for the long-term.
However, it is more likely that the Lisbon side will look to make a quick profit on him with FootballTransfers understanding that Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are the frontrunners to sign Porro.
Barcelona have also been touted as a potential destination for Porro, however they are said to be prioritising other positions instead.
