The two Premier League attackers Arsenal want this summer
Arsenal are considering moves for two more Premier League players as they look to bolster their attack and continue their summer spending spree.
The Gunners have spent more than any other side in the league so far this window, with deals for Oleksandr Zinchenko, Gabriel Jesus, Fabio Vieira, Marquinhos and Matt Turner taking their total outlay to over £100 million.
With the new Premier League season set to begin next weekend, boss Mikel Arteta admitted that his side are still looking to strengthen and Arsenal are believed to have lined up Jarrod Bowen of West Ham and Brighton’s Leandro Trossard as their next targets.
Arsenal’s priority appears to be strengthening their depth in attack, particularly with the club being willing to listen to offers for record-signing Nicolas Pepe, and the club also have an interest in PSV winger Cody Gakpo.
Could Arsenal continue to spend this summer?
Bowen is well-liked by the Gunners and his representatives are believed to have already met with the club following a breakout season that saw the forward net 18 goals and 13 assists in all competitions.
However, having already fought off interest from Liverpool, West Ham are understood to have issued a hands-off warning for Bowen and are looking to hand the 25-year-old a new contract.
The Hammers are also thought to be unconcerned by Arsenal’s interest as they believe Bowen would not be interested in leaving to be a backup to Bukayo Saka at the Emirates, especially in a World Cup year.
Leandro Trossard's career record against the Premier League's 'big six' is very, very good:
32 appearances
1,905 minutes
8 goals
3 assists
173 mins per goal involvement
1 elite celebration

Trossard, meanwhile, could be available in a cut-price deal as he is out of contract at Brighton next summer and he has reportedly become a target for both Arsenal and Newcastle.
The Belgian primarily plays as a central midfielder but featured in a variety of positions for Brighton last season including down the left flank and up front, netting eight times.
The 27-year-old’s price, combined with his versatility and proven output in English football, could make him an attractive option for Arsenal.
