Chelsea have completed one of the most spectacular transfer hijacks ever by beating Arsenal to the €100 million signing of Mykhailo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk.
So what do we know about the second most expensive signing in Chelsea's history?
What position does Mudryk play in?
A right-footed winger, Mudryk prefers lining up on the left-hand side where he can use his combination of skill and pace to cut inside his opposition marker and wreak havoc in the final third.
Shakhtar tended to use a 4-2-3-1 system but he is just as comfortable in a 4-3-3. The hope is that Mudryk would adapt quickly to the Premier League under Graham Potter.
How good is Mudryk?
Mudryk was more maker than taker last season contributing two goals but seven assists from 11 games before the Ukrainian Premier League campaign was cut short by the war.
That gave him a goal involvement every 70 minutes he played.
This season he has become an even more complete player, scoring eight goals and making 10 assists from 18 games.
And while the English Premier League is a significant step up from its Ukrainian equivalent, these are still promising figures.
The 22-year-old is considered as one of the most exciting young wingers in Europe having burst onto the scene over the last year.
What clubs are interested in Mudryk?
Mudryk had been expected to join Arsenal in January, as the Gunners have been in negotiations for the winger since last summer.
But Chelsea hijacked the deal and signed him for €100m on a contract until 2031.
