Conte happy at Tottenham after 'disrespectful' Juventus links

Antonio Conte has brandished rumours linking him with a return to Juventus as 'disrespectful' and has insisted that he is happy at Tottenham.
The Spurs boss won three successive Serie A titles with Juve between 2011 and 2014 and has been touted as a potential replacement for Max Allegri, who is under pressure after the Italian side's poor start to the new season.
Juventus currently sit eighth in Serie A after winning just two of their opening seven games, prompting speculation that Allegri's days at Juve could be numbered despite the club insisting his position is safe.
However, Conte was adamant that he would not leave Spurs and refused to be drawn into speculating over his future or a potential reunion with Juventus.
"In this period I think this is disrespectful for the coach that works in Juventus and for me working in Tottenham," Conte said.
"We have just started the season. Many times I have spoken about this topic and I've always said I'm happy and enjoying my time with Tottenham.
"We have the whole season to find the best solution for the club and for me, and for sure, I'm enjoying my time at Tottenham.
"I have a great relationship with the owner and [Fabio] Paratici [Spurs managing director of football]. I don't see any problems at the moment in the future. We both signed the contract.
"I don't want to listen to someone speaking about this [speculation]."

There were doubts as to whether Tottenham and Conte would work well together due to the Italian's reputation for high demands in the transfer market and Spurs' history of prudish behaviour in the market.
However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy appears to have placed significant faith into Conte by bringing in former Juventus director Paratici and allowing the duo to freely operate in the market.
Tottenham spent around £150 million in the summer after also bringing in the likes of Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski on loan in January during Conte's first window at the club.

And it appears the faith has paid off, with Tottenham surging their way into the top four last season and sitting in third this year, one point off leaders Arsenal.
With Conte seemingly content with life in North London and Tottenham backing their manager instead of their bank balance, the unlikely relationship between the two could continue for many years to come.
