Erling Haaland has scored 10 goals in just six Premier League games since joining Manchester City in a €60 million transfer from Borussia Dortmund…

Haaland has hit the ground running since arriving at the Etihad, racing to the top of the Premier League scoring charts with 10 goals scored at a rate of one every 48 minutes he has played in the English top flight.

Those who questioned how the Norwegian might adapt to the pace and power of the Premier League have been silenced. If Haaland keeps scoring at his current rate, he would have 70 goals by the end of the season.

The single-season Premier League record remains the 34 managed by Andy Cole and Alan Shearer, managed for Newcastle in 1994 and Blackburn in 1995 respectively.

Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell, who managed 83 goals in his Premier League career, doesn't see any sign of Haaland slowing down.

Cambell: 'crazy when I say 101'

"The reason why I think he's going to keep scoring - look, I'm being crazy when I say 101 - but Manchester City still don't know how to use him properly yet," he explained to talkSPORT. "They're just learning his game a little bit.

"The weakness for me is you've got to stop the supply. If you stop the supply you've got a chance. If he gets supply, you've got no chance."

The problem with that line of thought is that nobody has assisted Haaland more often than he's simply made goals for himself. Kevin De Bruyne and John Stones - of all players - have laid on two each of his 10 goals, but three haven't needed an assist.

The others have come from all over the field, from Rodri, Phil Foden and Ilkay Gundogan.

"My dream is to touch the ball five times and score five goals!" Haaland told beIN SPORTS bafter scoring against former employers Dortmund in the Champions League on Wednesday. "That's my biggest dream."
