Man Utd have only ever passed the €100m mark for two transfers - Antony's, and Paul Pogba's, when he returned from Juventus for €105m in 2016 - and now the Brazilian winger has bought the Frenchman's house.

Antony has already made his mark at the Red Devils, scoring on his Premier League debut against Arsenal, and he also has a derby goal to his name already, even if United were beaten 6-3 by Manchester City last weekend.

Pogba returned to Juventus on a free transfer this summer, and fans are, at best, divided on the midfielder's impact at the club. But he certainly left Antony with some work to do off the field, with the 'PP' on Antony's new pool table a case in point.

"Yeah, there was an old owner," Antony said when speaking to ESPN UK. "But I'm going to change this. This 'PP.' There is a 'P' from Pogba still here. This is one of the things he made, so I'm going to start to change, right?"

"I need to put the 'AS' for Antony Santos. He isn't staying here anymore. Yeah, he has a high standard. But I'm happy to be in the house that belonged to a star player."

Pogba had his multimillion fleet of cars taken to Turin in August, but the pool table is one of his possessions which remains, for now, in the Santos household.

United got 74 minutes of action as United beat Omonia Nicosia 3-2 in the Europa League on Thursday, and after the long journey to Cyprus will be delighted to be able to return home to a luxury property which also boasts an indoor swimming pool.
