Ronaldo is 100 per cent right about the Glazers destroying Man Utd

Cristiano Ronaldo’s explosive interview with Piers Morgan has had further revelations and the Portuguese forward has targeted the Glazer family’s ownership of the club.
In clips released on Sunday evening, he spoke about manager Erik ten Hag and how he felt disrespected at the club, in statements that infuriated fans.
However, Ronaldo’s latest words may be something the general support agrees with as they’ve been as they’ve been protesting against the Glazers.

While his words about Ten Hag and betrayal are wrong and done in the wrong way and should lead to his exit from the club, his words about the ownership are right – those statements can coexist.

Ronaldo said: “The owners of the club, the Glazers, they don’t care — I mean professionally, sportingly. They don’t care. There are some things into the club that don't help Manchester United to reach top level."
The forward is right about the ownership – they have rarely shown they care and have used the club as a cash cow and have put sporting success as the secondary option in this scenario.

Manchester United have facilities that are second to their rivals, a team that is being built but one that was ignored for some time and a stadium that is lacking – all of which is different to their main rivals.
And while his general sentiment is right, his method of going about it was wrong: Ronaldo could’ve made those statements at any point last season and they would’ve been far more valuable than they are now.

He’s done it in an interview designed to criticize the manager, the past manager, and possibly overshadow his poor form and performances as well as his fading status in the first team.
While he’s entirely right about the Glazer family, there could’ve been better ways to handle this and the fact that he’s had a poor relationship with Ten Hag before this doesn’t help his case much.
