Endrick: Chelsea’s plan to beat Real Madrid and PSG to Palmeiras striker
Chelsea are gearing up for a transfer war with Real Madrid, PSG and some of other Europe’s leading clubs over Palmeiras ace Endrick.
The 16-year-old striker has been a sensation over the past couple of months. He has become his club’s youngest ever player and scorer in Brazil’s Serie A, catching the attention of a string of leading sides as a result.
Having signed a professional contract with Palmeiras shortly after his 16th birthday, Endrick has a release clause in his deal that reportedly has a variable price, depending on the player reaching certain objectives. It is believed that this could reach €60 million.

Such a figure is certainly not putting Europe’s top clubs off – and certainly not Chelsea, who are seeking to build a vibrant young side under new owner Todd Boehly.
Indeed, the Blues are already plotting how to sign a player who cannot move to Europe until after his 18th birthday because of FIFA regulations.
Chelsea's training ground invite
According to The Times, Chelsea have already hosted the youngster at the club’s training ground.

It was a move flavoured by the presence of Thiago Silva, an iconic figure in Brazil over the past decade or more because of his world-leading performances at centre-back.
It is reported that Endrick’s father, Douglas, has been in talks with a number of European clubs, while Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Barcelona and Ajax among others have sent scouts to follow the progress of the prodigious teenager.
Endrick can agree a deal with a prospective club in early 2023 but no move is possible until after he turns 18, which will not be until July 2024. Chelsea are clearly working to ensure that he picks their project.
